Chipping Away

Monday night I did a forty minute walk. It was pretty low-impact but I did work up a sweat. Last night I did more weights on the giant ball. I need to take it up a notch this week...hopefully I'll be able to do that. I've decided that when I'm watching TV I must be doing something like weights, or sit-ups; I'm not allowing myself to veg.
